Why We Built Perry Hae
Perry Hae was born from real business experience. Our founder, Prasad Herekar, has spent more than two decades working across finance, business strategy, operations and transformation, advising business leaders, investors and management teams.
Throughout that journey, one problem kept appearing. Businesses were surrounded by technology, yet their teams were still spending enormous amounts of time doing things manually:

Prasad's career has included financial strategy, planning and forecasting, investment, risk management, corporate governance and business transformation. But an important part of that journey has also been automation.
Having worked on the automation of financial processes, ERP integration, financial reporting and forecasting, he saw first-hand how technology could dramatically improve the way businesses operate. He also saw the limitation:

Prasad Herekar
Founder, Perry Hae
Prasad Herekar brings more than 23 years of experience across corporate finance, financial strategy and business transformation. His career has included advising boards, investors and executive leadership on financial strategy, governance and growth, as well as leading initiatives involving financial automation, reporting, forecasting and technology integration.
His experience working directly with businesses highlighted a recurring challenge: companies had access to more technology than ever before, yet owners and teams were still spending too much time managing processes instead of growing their businesses. Perry Hae was created to change that.
